Ayden leaned into Arthur's touch, eyes half closed. When Arthur was done, he picked up the shower and turned it on to rinse them both off. While the water warmed up, he pulled Arthur in for a little soft kiss, gently curling his hand around the boy's hip.

His kisses were surprisingly soft for his stature, but Arthur loved them. As the water rinsed them both clean, he felt the best he had in his life, a different kind of good to the bedroom. This one he could think about, control, remember.

Ayden leaned back against the side of the tub and yawned contently. He hadn't slept in at least two days and after the morning's activities he was exhausted. He stood up, picking up two of the fluffy towels from the warming rack and handed one of them to Arthur as he climbed out of the water.

As Arthur re-entered the room, he froze. On the bed were two dressing gowns, two pairs of clean shorts, a tray of biscuits and a note. Arthur read the note aloud before biting into a cookie.
"Hope the bath was nice. Sleep well. S,V." He shrugged and continued eating the cookies, the crumbs going everywhere. He didn't care; he'd never been allowed sweet treats before.

Ayden got dressed first, letting Arthur have as many of the biscuits as he wanted. He sat crossed legged on the freshly changed sheets and picked up one of the cookies; he nibbled at it since he wasn't really hungry and Arthur seemed to be enjoying them so much.

Arthur looked up at Ayden and suddenly felt guilty for hoarding them all. He put one halfway in his mouth, bit down softly, and crawled over to Ayden, sitting in front of him.
"Chake ich!" He mumbled from behind the cookie.

Ayden laughed and put his mouth over what was sticking out of Arthur's. He bit down, keeping their mouths joined for a moment more before pulling away to finish eating it. He took another cookie from the plate, breaking it into four pieces and holding one out to Arthur.

Arthur grinned at Ayden's slowly forming appetite and accepted the piece. Ayden was a lot sweeter than he looked.

Ayden poked another two of the cookie pieces in his own mouth before holing the last one out to Arthur. He glanced over at the plate, seeing there was only two cookies left, one for him and one for Arthur.

"You have 'um. You need 'um more. I'm only little, I don't need much." Arthur chirped, holding them out to him.

"S'okay," Ayden insisted, taking one of he cookies "Nick fed me before he gave me away. I'm not that hungry, you have one, I'll have the other."

Arthur nodded.
"How did he treat you?" He asked. "And is that the first time you've..." He blushed. "Y'know..."

"Yeah, it was the first time," Ayden replied, "Juliette and Nick's idea of training a slave is based around beatings and mundane tasks. Most of the time it works but not on me."

"Seems even the strongest of us need compassion sometimes..." He slipped a silk dressing gown on and lay down on the bed, pulling Ayden's head down to kiss him.

Ayden smiled into the kiss. He pulled the quilt over them both- the forgotten cookie plate falling to the floor- and snuggled into Arthur. He found Arthur's hand and entwined their fingers.

"Today's been the best day of my life..." Arthur yawned.
"People actually care about me..." With that, he lost consciousness, falling into a deep, happy sleep.

Ayden watched Arthur sleep for a while, just to check that he was actually asleep. He rested his chin on top of Arthur's head,holding the boy to his chest as he fell into a deep dreamless sleep.

Arthur woke up first to the sight of something red at the bedside along with a note.
"You're free to do as you wish today. All I ask is you wear this." He picked up the red material. A corset, framed with black lace. He snuck out of Ayden's arms and into the bathroom, ad walked out with it back on as the boy woke up.

Ayden rubbed the sleep from his eyes and sat up, he glanced over at Arthur and wondered if he was still dreaming.
"What the hell are you wearing?" He yawned.

"What I've been told to wear." Arthur replied, twirling.
"Do you like it?"

Ayden chuckled, "It's cute." He swung his legs out of the bed and stood up.

Arthur blushed and bit his lip, crossing his knees over and swinging from side-to-side, his hands entwined in front of his stomach.
"We got a day." He mumbled.
"What we gonna do with it?"

"Explore," Ayden replied, "Try to stay away from Skyler." He padded across the room and then back again, stretching out his stiff limbs before sitting next to Arthur.

"I strangely don't think we'll avoid him. He'll find us whenever he likes." Arthur muttered, but skipped forward anyway, black ribbons fluttering behind him like torn wings.

Ayden shrugged, "Yeah you're right. Should we go and explore or do you want to stay here for a while. I'm sure food will appear again when you get hungry."
